About Darren

I received my Masters Degree in Corrective and Rehabilitative Exercise from California University of Pennsylvania and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I've also had the good fortune of being a college adjunct instructor since 2011 in the Exercise Science department.

I'm a 48 year old man and I had total knee replacement surgery. I started working with Darren about 6 months after surgery.
